AFL Banking Practice is awarded “Most Reliable Partner”at Infosys global partners summit
AFL’s service excellence and commitment to service delivery in the enterprise application space (Banking) was recognized by core banking platform provider – INFOSYS, in their global partner meet held in Mysore, India on the 17th of October 2016.
The award was presented by Ms. Sheenam Ohrie – head of Global Delivery and was accepted by Mr. P Manoharan – Vice President Banking Division – on behalf of AFL’s Banking Services team.
Under Mr. Manoharan’s able leadership and supported by a core group of Industry experts and technical consultants, this team has consistently delivered projects on-time and within budget; but never at the cost of compromising quality.
The award acknowledged AFL’s commitment to consistent service delivery and service excellence, while making special mention of the scale of operations of the Banking Practice and mostly importantly, its customer centricity!

AFL IT Transformation Solutions division is awarded “Flash Partner of the Year” at NetApp Xcelerate partners summit, 2016
The award was presented by Mr. Boman Irani, most versatile Bollywood actor – Guest of honor and was accepted by Mr. Kumaran Subramaniam on behalf of AFL’s ITS team.
The award was to recognize AFL’s commitment to NetApps unique “Flash” technology and positioning it at SBI (India’s largest Public sector bank) and winning the order subsequently.

Accel Frontline has been awarded the 2017 best reseller award by COMMVAULT during the APAC & India Summit on 23rd November held at Bangkok.

Accel Frontline Limited has been recognised and awarded the “Implementation Partner of the Year , India“ of Infosys Finacle at the Infosys Partner Meet which was held on 30st November – 1st December.

Mr. Rajesh R. Muni Independent Director
Rajesh R. Muni completed his B. Com. (Hons.) in the year 1973 and pursued the course of Chartered Accountancy in India and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has undertaken Business Management Consultancy Studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. He has been in practice since 1978 and is the principal partner of the firm R R. Muni & Co. Chartered Accountants, Mumbai. The firm provides professional services for conduct of audits, (statutory and internal), advises on accounting matters, management related subjects, Company Law and secretarial work, Direct Taxes, etc. He has been a lecturer in various colleges and for students of Chartered Accountancy on subjects of Accounts, Income Tax and Audit etc. He has been faculty at seminars of professional interests at different forums.
He was the President of Bombay Chartered Accountants’ Society during 2003-2004 and has served the society in various capacities since 1992-1993. He was a chairman of Human Resources Committee, Membership & Public Relations Committee and was a co-chairman of Accounting & Auditing Committee of the Society. He is associated with the activities of Chamber of Tax Consultants, Mumbai in different committees since more than 20 years. He is a member of National Executive Committee of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners.
Mr. Raj Khalid Independent Director
Mr. Raj Khalid, has worked in Industry for 13 years and then as a Senior Trade Promotion Adviser to the British Deputy High Commission for 4 years. He was the lead for India in the Environmental Technology Sector which included water and sanitation services.
In addition to these Mr. Khalid also handled Education and Training, Consumer Goods (excluding food and drink) and Instrumentation. Since he ran the TCTP (Colombo Plan Training) for the British Council in Mumbai.
Mr. Khalid then moved on to assume responsibility as the Trade and Investment Commissioner for the Region of Flanders, based at the Consulate General of Belgium in Mumbai. He was in this position for a period of over 7 year, till September 2006. He was the only Indian to head a trade promotion office and developed very good contacts with trade and industry. He handled the entire range of sectors for West India and was the lead in India for Chemical and Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure (excluding telecomm and power), Ports and Shipping, Food and Drink and Education and Training.
In 2006 he set up his own company to advise and inform European companies about business in India. Raj Khalid is also a pistol shooter since 1979. He has been an “Renowned Shot of India” for 25 years.
Ms. Ruchi Naithani Independent Director
Ruchi Naithani has been in the IT industry for more than 12 years and has managed a team of IT professionals and has handled projects for various Japanese clients.
Ruchi has a good knowledge of the Japanese language and is at ease dealing with Japanese clients and Indian counterparts. Ruchi has in depth knowledge of business structure, work culture of the IT companies in India and Japan.
Ruchi has participated in seminars and conferences and has assisted various companies in dealing with Joint Venture Japanese companies.
Ruchi is a post graduate in Linguistics from Kumamoto University, Japan and also holds a certification for Japanese language proficiency ( Level 1 of Japanese language proficiency and Level J1+ Jetro Business Japanese Proficiency test.)
Ruchi has actively worked in TV , radio and written articles for various newspaper.
Bin Cheng Non – Executive Director
Bin Cheng has been with CAC for more than 20 years. He started in CAC America in 1992 as Project Manager, mainly involved in systems development for large international banks. His job has then taken him to work in CAC Europe before moving to CAC Hong Kong as General Manager in 1999.
In 2000, Bin was assigned to head a new office established by the Group – CAC Shanghai Corporation. Since then, he has served as the company’s Chief Executive. Bin is also the Chairman of GoldenTech Computer Technology (Suzhou) after a majority of its shares were acquired by CAC Corporation in April 2002. In 2014, Bin was elected as a director of CAC Holdings
Bin has lead CAC Shanghai to significant growth over the last 10 years playing a pivotal role in developing the relationship and the subsequent business alliances with numerous multinational corporations and has been instrumental in creating CAC Shanghai’s business strategy for utilizing Chinese Information Technology professionals to meet the technology needs of global clients.
Bin graduated in 1987 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Two years after, he earned his Master’s in Applied Electronics from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, then went on as a research assistant majoring Artificial Intelligence at the University of Maryland. .
S.Sundaramurthy Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
S. Sundaramurthy is a qualified Company Secretary. He is a graduate in Science, Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has been in the Secretarial & Insurance field for a period of 21 years. His last assignment has been with a Listed Company M/s. Kothari Petrochemicals Limited.
Vibhuti Pandey VP – HR & Admin
Vibhuti Pandey has 16 + years of rich & diversified Global experience in managing key HR functions like Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Transformational HR Programs & Initiatives. He has cultivated comprehensive understanding and core expertise in area of Global compensation and Performance management system.
Vibhuti’s last working place was at Intellect Design Arena – previously known as Polaris Financial Technology.
He holds a Post-Graduate Degree in MBA – HR from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and Graduate degree in Psychology (Hons), again from BHU.
B.Chandramouli Vice President – WMS Division
B.Chandramouli is working in Accel Frontline Limited as Vice-President in WMS Division. Mr.Chandramouli is a Graduate with an MBA in Marketing from a leading University.
He has over 3 decades of rich experience in Office Automation, Telecom, IT & ITES Industry. He had worked in major corporates like XEROX, RPG Cellular, SIFY Technology and HCL.
Maqbool Hassan President – Practice & Delivery
Maqbool Hassan is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Accel Frontline’s sales, marketing, and services organization in India and the Middle East. Maqbool has been with Accel since its inception and has played a pivotal role in the organization’s evolution into an end-to-end Enterprise IT Solutions Provider.
His ability to drive growth and his proven track record to nurture and acquire new businesses makes Maqbool the backbone of the infrastructure business of the company.
Maqbools’ leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened Accel Frontline’s culture of customer focused value-creation, expanded Accel Frontline into new markets, and extended its product portfolio and global reach. His thorough knowledge of market trends and technology developments enables a highly competent market engagement framework for Accel Frontline Limited.
Maqbool graduated in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut in 1986 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. Prior to Accel Maqbool worked with HCL Ltd.
Murali Gopalakrishnan Chief Financial Officer
Murali Gopalakrishnan is a Chartered and Cost Accountant with 25+ yrs of experience spanning Audit, consulting, manufacturing, Information Technology and Retail. He started his career at Deloitte in the Audit and Consulting areas.
He has all along been in finance though for a limited period of time he has handled operations / business for retail. He was also involved as a promoter for an I T services company which is focussed on the US and European markets. In his last assignment he was Executive Director – Commercial and Business Process at Spencer’s Retail Limited, an RP Sanjiv Goenka company.
Milind Kalurkar President
Milind Kalurkar heads Software Services Division driving the IT solutions and services business in the areas of Open Technology, Telematics, IoT, Managed Services and Banking and ERP services for software subsidiaries viz, ANA, AJKK, & AFL UK.
Milind is a Science graduate with Post Graduation (MBA) in Marketing/Sales Management in 1984. He comes with a strong 30+ years’ sales experience in Information Technology segment, and has worked through all phases of IT sales right from Hardware/systems software to Applications based solutions to Internet and Cloud based solutions.
He had worked in major corporate IT companies like, Novell, Oracle, iGate, Hexaware in Bangalore, Mumbai, & Pune before joining CAC-Accel Frontline. In his professional career, he has built business teams across regions and Global requirements of organizational business growth.
Other than the professional interests, Milind’s other interests are reading, listening to good music and sports.
Malcolm F Mehta Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Malcolm F Mehta has extensive experience in international business. He has a track record of driving growth and has experience in mergers and acquisitions, planning, strategy and business development.
Malcolm has a robust record of success in achieving complex objectives within the timelines leading to long term and sustainable growth and profitability. He has strong leadership and effective communication skills. Malcolm is a Director on the Board of CAC Holdings Corporation, the parent company of CAC group.
He is also on the Board of other CAC group companies. Prior to his association with CAC, he was with Hexaware Technologies Limited and before that with Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
He has an MBA from Anaheim University besides having a Diploma in Japanese Business Management from Kumamoto Gakuen University in Japan. He holds Level 1 in Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT-1).
John Rekesh CTO
John Rekesh is responsible for the long term strategic technology direction of the company. He ensures that the technology related decisions are in tune with the organizations business goals. He heads the R&D division with a clear focus on business imperatives – developing new technologies as also ensuring current technological standards and compliance.
John Rekesh has more than 22 years of experience in architecting and delivering products and solutions in multiple domains including networking, security, embedded platforms, as well as enterprise and mobile applications. In the past he served as CTO of Calsoft for six years, contributing significantly to the growth of its services business.
He was Senior Software Architect and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Freescale Semiconductor, and has also worked for AT&T and Motorola. John has an MS degree with specialization in Parallel and Distributed Computing from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai. He has also been an avid researcher in the area of Artificial Life (AL) with published papers. The most recent of his interests include Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Cloud Computing. He is also the author of a book, The God Principle.
